I know there are some fans of The Mars Volta on babble. Has anyone had a chance to listen to some of the stuff off of Frances the Mute. I've down loaded 3 of the 5 songs (also have my preorder in). The 3 songs have a total length of 50 minutes ( I don't know how long the other two are) and the 31 minute song, Cassandra Gemini is the best thing I've heard in a long time. If you thought Deloused in the Comatorium was great - wow.

FTM is a really great follow-up, but it doesn't stick with one nearly as long as Deloused...It doesn't really have the diversity of song styles, having only half as many songs...I'm anxious to hear more about the Frances The Mute single that's supposed to be released around the same time as the album...
