One of the first things I did with "Napster" was download Johnny Cash's "Cocaine Blues", along with George Thorogood's cover of it.

I don't understand why we pigeon hole artists as "rock and roll" or "country". There's an edge to much of Cash's music, and I think it's an "edge" that musicians across all genre's would like to have-- but most don't.

That was great Audra, thank you for the link.

I've been hearing a lot about that video lately. I've heard the song a few times on his new album but that was the first time I've seen the video. That was beautiful. I hope Trent Reznor thought so too.

I keep on hearing reports of Cash dying from a "mysterious disease". Seems like this video is a way of looking back his life. Perhaps symbolism of his life passing before his eyes.

A great man, who's made many past mistakes, faces up to them, and thrives throughout it all.
