Two Chinese students demonstrate the horror that is the worldwide homogenization of pop culture in this very funny video.

Aw, c'mon, Tape: they obviously practised.

I quite enjoyed that, though. Did you notice the guy sitting behind them? Working on another computer and paying no attention to them? Is there an explanation for that?

*chortle chortle* lol! they were very good, tape.

the 3rd guy in the background makes me think of the nerdy roommate in campus residences that noone listens to, especially when he wants some quiet time to study. the libraries are full, and also noisy. so, the only thing he can do is put up with the annoying loud and boisterous roommates.

I assumed that the third guy is much as Ephem describes him, and had definitely gotten his fill of watching his mates practice hour after hour. But the video would be somehow diminished without his presence, no?

Well, he does eventually draw one's attention -- but then the thing goes on so bloody long that anything would, eh?

I wondered whether he wasn't in fact their techie and was somehow absorbed in making the whole thing work -- is that possible?
