... what would it feature ?

i imagine him to sit at his desk making nonsense rhymes (like "alright-dighty nighty nighty), and then maybe playing a little foosball.

while Cheney sits in the background, plotting which group of people to kill next, with the Cheney smirk on his face.

oh, and Condoleeza Rice sits prim and proper and repeats over and over again, "we are promoting democracy".

I'd portray him decorating an oil derrick. The decorations would be miniature skulls, and assorted military hardware.

The caption would read:

"Such a shame to cut down all those trees. And they say I'm not green."
