Does anyone follow lacrosse? I've been to a few games here in Toronto (it's way cheaper than hockey, and just as entertaining), and it's great fun! It's brutal though. Holy jebus, when I see them whaling on the guy with the ball, I wonder how they survive it.

I watched women's lacrosse at Trinity. I found it difficult to follow because the ball was small and moved really fast - couldn't follow it when it was swung. I remember at times I didn't have a clue who had possession of the ball. I think it's more of a participant than observer sport, compared to baseball, for example.

ETA: that almost 30 years ago, and my memory is a bit hazy.
