For those more culturally inclined, these two rock stars, Sir Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones, and Gene Simmons of KISS have one thing in common, the source of their wealth is pretty much based on their tongues.

Mick Jagger was just Knighted by the Queen of England, she said, "I dubya Sir Mick." Gene Simmons got a phone call from the White House, "I dubya, want you to represent America at the Olympics."
Mick won his honours for a quality tongue, Gene won his for quantity. That is the difference between the Brits and the Yanks.

and then there's george michael...petitioning to write the theme song for the 2004 athens olympics. i'd honestly prefer having mick and gene do the honours. at least you'd not have that icky feeling when it's performed....

While Michaels is pondering his navel , or thereabouts, Mick could do "Sticky Fingers" live! But Gene is guaranteed to lobby the Bushies to pressure the IOC and WTO to bring a little culture to Greece with a belt of "Lick It Up"! No chance for GM I think.
