I wanted to post A Perfect World, but the link isn't working. I hope it's temporary and this very funny site isn't gone.

Cat and Girl
Piled Higher and Deeper

And it's technically not a web comic, but since my local paper doesn't carry The Boondocks, I have to read it on-line.

Same with Weltschmerz, since I can't pick up eye regularly.

Homestar runner while not exactly a webcomic, is pretty good.

Not a comic but I don't where else to put this.

Left click with mouse to free her when she gets stuck or to move her.

Okay first off, I hate webcomics because they all suck and are never funny.

The following are exceptions:

Perry Bible Fellowship (see link in first post)

Cat And Girl (see also above)

Natalie Dee (see only just a little above)

Buttercup Festival

A Lesson Is Learned But The Damage Is Irreversible

Daily Dinosaur Comics

Pokey The Penguin

Boy On A Stick And Snake

semi-exceptional:

Scary-Go-Round

Men In Hats (more like hemidemieceptional)

Eat My Comix

^ For a person who publically professes their hatred towards webcomics, you certainly have a long list.

Penny Arcade's already been mentioned.

For sheer humor, nothing beats Jeff K's Mockery of Penny Arcade (Jeff K is one of Lowtax's alter egos)
