Ah, the fruits of downloading! I'm still getting the majority of my music from bit torrents, but the rise of the music blog provides a great alternative. These can be very fascinating and informative, with well-written reviews and histories of the most obscure artists you can imagine. A few of my current favorites are: chrisgoesrock, free albums galore, and 7inchpunk. Every music blog has a whack of links to others, so there's lots to explore.

Getting back to the topic at hand, here's what i'm listening to now. I tend to load up enough for a week's listening, travelling to work and back or just bopping around. This morning, for example, i didn't have to listen to the two well-scrubbed young christo-nazi types try to sweet-talk my fellow bus passengers into joining their sect. Hurrah!
