I am struck by how much space and commentary is devoted to Harper and Dion and the so called mainstream parties. Who cares! The conservatives and liberals have played us all off against one another for decades and how they do it is irrelevant.

I thought Rabble existed to help create dialogue and then action on how to build an alternative movement. I am speaking as a socialist who voted Marxist/Leninist in Windsor West this time around. Capitalism and it's cronies have been exposed for the crooks they are as never before in history. Theft,(bailouts) disease(listerosis, e-coli outbreaks),torture and war(Afghanistan have been exposed as natural by-products of capitalism.

Dion is a decent man and so are most of us! Let's get our own agenda in gear and at least push for a movement to get a coalition government inaugurated.

Some folks love to talk about Harper, Dion, Dion, Harper. Check out different threads in Canadians politics and there are left ones, though perhaps nont Marxist.
