Guess I'm not that original. My two guesses were a frog (solarpower beat me to it) and a hippo (RB thought of that one first).

That is a 200 pound frog that lives on the outskirts of the Three Mile Island nuclear power plant in the United States.

It is either that or it is a partial picture of Steven Harper in his true form.
