Most stars are swinging singles quote:
Posted 1/30/2006 5:44 PM By Dan Vergano, USA TODAY Most stars in our Milky Way galaxy are actually single stars, not double ones as long supposed, says one researcher.
Charles Lada of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics says past star surveys missed puny red dwarfs, which are mostly single stars, off by themselves in space. Therefore, about two-thirds of all stars in the galaxy are single red dwarfs, contrary to common astronomical wisdom, Lada says, in a paper submitted to The Astrophysical Journal Letters. Lada argues that single stars are more likely to have planets than double stars, which means planets may be very common in the galaxy. A star formation expert, John Bally of the University of Colorado, however cautions that red dwarfs are more likely to have planets stripped from them. "We need observations to know if isolated low-mass stars, or (sun-like) stars, are the abodes of the most abundant planetary systems," he tells USA TODAY, by email.

Its cold outside, There's no kind of atmosphere, I'm all alone, More or less. Let me fly, Far away from here, Fun, fun, fun, In the sun, sun, sun. I want to lie, Shipwrecked and comotoase, Drinking fresh, Mango juice, Goldfish shoals, Nibbling at my toes, Fun, fun, fun, In the sun, sun, sun, Fun, fun, fun, In the sun, sun, sun.
