This spun off the Roma thread but I think the thread drift was getting to be a bit much. I found one of the articles on the Walter Benjamin memorial in Port-Bou, on the French-Spanish border in Catalonia (I have seen other, more visual ones) and will try to look them up)It provides a vivid image of "no way out" and is intended as a memorial to Benjamin and all victims of fascism.
