While reading about Cambodian people might not be as exciting as writing about what has killed them I thought I'd post a topic dealing with the reality of today. Overview of the Situation of Libraries in Cambodia I tried to fix the link in the above post but I can't find the article anymore. So I posted one on the state of libraries. To bad. It was a great article on the state of publishing in a Cambodia. I realize the publishing a book here in Canada might be a tough way to make a living but imagine trying to publish a book in a country where much of the population is rural and access to school is relegated to people who can pay in cash.
