Intellectual property rights...From now on, any joke, phrase, paragraph, identifiable way of writing, etc, which is created by me and posted on this board, and which is liable to bring me notoriety or money, is my intellectual property, although I will grant Babble a free licence to copy and distribute said material as they see fit. However, I retain the rights, and should that material be copied by a third party, I will be forced to take legal action to defend my intellectual property. Please be aware that copying by itself represents an infringment separate from, and equal to, distributing that same material. In keeping with the possibility that my intellectual property may be copied in an unauthorized manner, I'm planning on requesting a portion of the tariff on Tapes and CD's - which is collected in case the user of said CD or Recording Tape copies someone's intellectual property - to recompense myself for said intelectual property. Now that we got that out of the way... [ 11 November 2005: Message edited by: maestro ]

[11 November 2005: Message edited by: Hephaestion] Oh, and anything by Magoo... might as well go for the comedy stuff, too. [11 November 2005: Message edited by: Hephaestion] And *everything* by Heather Mallick-- whatd'ya mean her stuff is already copyrighted?!?! [ 11 November 2005: Message edited by: Hephaestion ]
Jeez, Heph, ya gotta create the stuff yourself before you can claim intellectual property rights...er, at least I think so...

I admit I wasn't thinking in terms other than copyrightable works.Yes, the whole idea of privatized life forms is insanity. How about calling it DNAnnexation? edited to add: Almost forgot...DNAnnexation is a new word which is my intellectual property. Please refrain from using it or posting it elsewhere until you have cleared it with my legal team. [ 12 November 2005: Message edited by: maestro ]
