This is my first time posting, and I see that there is already a thread (that appears to have been closed) on this topic, but I have a request.I am a freelance reporter in Vancouver, and I am hoping to talk with somebody who lives in either of the two ridings that just saw Provincial by-elections but DID NOT vote.
