Heh. A spin-off of a spin-off thread.

In another thread, which I wished to remain focused on the discussion of pro-lifers using the spectre of sex selection to argue against abortion on demand, the more general subject of trait selection and how future technology might be used by people to try to create "superhumans" with extremely high IQs, or to breed out certain characteristics like the "gay gene" or blue eyes or whatever.

So, maybe we could carry that discussion on here, and leave the thread in the feminism forum for discussing the impact of arguments against sex selection on women's right to abortion on demand.
