I got a letter today thanking me for my $100 pledge with a postage paid envelope enclosed. It tells me on the bottom that it's for me to place my $100 donation "as pledged".
So...what's up with this? I've not donated any money to the NDP yet.
Is this some kind of bulk mail to guilt me into donating a hundred bucks, or did someone sign me up for something i didn't intend to do?
Somethings fishy, here. I hope that it's some kind of overly presumptive mass mailing, but either way, it doesn't much make me want to donate at all, and certainly not a hundred bucks.

Don't take it personally, it was probably just a glitch -- you're in the wrong database or something. I was part of some riding - association funding calls a few months ago, and there were a lot of people who said they would donate x amount of money when the writ has dropped -- they are probably going after that money know, and accidently you got included in that. Don't read too much into it.
