Historian Howard Zinn was a bomb aimer in the USAF during WWII, and is the author of A People's History of the United States.

Excellent article! Dubya is continuing in a long tradition. It's very annoying to hear critics (who I agree with on Iraq) talk as if every other military escapade was "honourable" and that this is the anomaly.
