I live in the Clayoquot Sound area (BC), where global issues are being played out every day, yet there is no public forum to discuss them. I'm thinking of something along the lines of What's Up Chuck?, an excellent, critical take on Stratford, Ont. I'd love to replicate this effort out here, but it's just little ol' me, with limited time and resources to engage the populace and the powers that be.
