Yet another rapist/murderer who did multiple years in jail for a crime he did not commit. Interestingly,

What the hell kind of a shitty comment is that to make? Fuck you. He was in a mental hospital and confessed under duress.

The fault falls on him!!??

I'm no legal expert, but my understanding is that as the defendant, he doesn't have to say anything. The onus is totally on the prosecution to prove he did it.
