Kluane M.L.A Gary McRobb quit/was fired from the party a few days ago and joined the Liberals. Mayo-Tatchun M.L.A Eric Fairclough was also tossed out of the party and may also join the Liberals. Both of them were tossed after having discussions with the Territorial Liberal Party regarding joining that party. Both M.L.As sighted the 'hard' left direction N.D.P leader Todd Hardy has moved the party as their reason for wanting out. The N.D.P and the Liberals now each have 3 M.L.As. Should Eric Fairclough join the Liberals (a good possibility) presumably they would become the official opposition. [ 30 March 2006: Message edited by: Adam T ]
