Hi everyone.
It feels good to be here.
Tonight I am interested in finding out what the real
politians think of the new cabinet.
I look forward to reading your comments.
If I was an Emmerson supporter I would feel like
flying to Ottawa and "crossing the floor" with a
special message for him.

There've been several discussions about the cabinet in general, and particular people in it (including Emerson) over the last two days. You can find these discussions in the Politics forum and the Election 2006 forum of the board, both accessible from the main page. There's also a "Today's Active Topics" page showing the most recent discussions.

I would just start reading these two threads:

The New Conservative Cabinet

Broken Promise #2: Michael Fortier appointed Senator, Cabinet Min, without election

... and then launch in with your own analysis on one of those threads. Until a big discussion, like those two have turned into, gets too long, we try to keep like-minded conversations together otherwise a proliferation of threads has people repeating the same thing over and over again, or worse, missing out on interesting points.

Hi Florrie, welcome! I'm going to close this thread since there are a couple of others already going on this topic. Please feel free to jump into those other discussions!
