the ecovillage seems pretty cool.

I'm modestly optimistic about the proposed Hemptown mill. There's a number of front end (fibre growing, grading and logistics)issues that need to be addressed as well as processing and technology questions. OTOH, HT does have a track record in sales of tshirts and so sales projections have some basis behind them. That will help fundraising (HT is a public compnay now).
