Wolfowitz, in New Role, Blocked by Iraq Chaos He Didn't Foresee

Bloomberg - Wolfowitz, one of the architects of the 2003 invasion of Iraq, left President George W. Bush's administration in June to run the World Bank. His new role -- helping direct the redevelopment of schools, bridges and other infrastructure in Iraq -- is being hampered by the war's violence and instability, problems he once predicted wouldn't occur.
