It's funny how the media's memory stops after a few days. I've been waiting to see how Cpt. Trevor Greene was doing, and believe me, it's not easy to find, even with internet at one's disposal:

Trevor is continuing to progress each day! Out of respect for their family, that is really all I can say! As soon as the "greene" light is given, we will let you all know what exactly is going on. Again this is on the request of Trevor's family.

He was in a drug-induced coma, and it's not clear whether he's out of it yet.

There is much other unfinished business. Was his attacker a Taleban, or an angry 16-year-old? What was this alleged firefight which followed the attack? How about the "friendly fire" incident where Canadian troops and/or U.S. helicopter gunships may have killed 6 Afghan police, including the chief of police?

And why have the Canadian media ignored, to date, allegations that our four soldiers were killed by angry villagers fed up with harassment tactics by the troops?

Maybe someone with better internet search skills can help out with this and other "loose ends" stories.
