I didn't catch all of it as I had ears full of water, but he did call for cease-fire negotiations to take place with a view to ending both suicide bombings and IDF incursions.

Concurrently Israeli deputy defence minister Zeev Boim announced a simmilar proposal, also on radio. Differing from the Queria's proposal only in that the IOF would be exempt from the ceasefire.
