"The U.S. Military Personnel Department stated that 850 people who know Arabic were needed before the war. But, there are only 70 personnel who know Arabic in the U.S. military forces . . . . since September 11, the FBI has not been able to translate the 280 hours of important Arabic conversations, which it got through various ways in and outside the United States. The source of this information is the report from the General Accounting Office (GAO)."
