Kurdistan Observer story

News from the least-known Kurdish poopulation, in Iran. The KDP-I is an offshoot of the Kurdish Democratic Party which briefly ran an independent Kurdish state in northwestern Iran after WWII, although there are no remaining affiliations between the KDP-Iran and the Barzani family-run KDP in Iraq.
