Yeah, that sounds pretty damning. Maybe Iraq really doesn't have a thing. It does seem strange that the US has been spying on them for ten years and has nothing solid to show.

They are attributing the Iraqi military with an extraordinary cunning and stealth to pull off the huge operations of weapons-building right under their noses with nary a trace.

Doesn't Tomchick realize that his criticisms of Powell are even more specious than the original evidence. He presents absolutely no proof of his assertions, and admits that his objections are speculative.
