watched as the folks from nisku,alberta spoke with the news crews on mad cow patrol. the farmer made so much more sense than anyone else.
they followed the rules and the regulations were rendered, literally, useless, mostly through the efforts of huge industrial farms. ironically and tragically these are the businesses most sorely to be hurt in the bovine holocaust to come.both the small business man who never demanded tighter regulations , and the corporate lobbyist are equally responsible.the market poisoned our food, for a buck's worth of scrap.
