Cool, as long as that doesn't mean they will start piling up drinks in restaurants with crushed ice as is too often the case in North America.

Real horror story question from a trip to Florida; "Would you like ice in your wine?"

As for my mum, her particular terror is iced tea. Part of her family is from Trinidad, and down there, despite the heat, that seemed utterly unthinkable.
